How Do I Buy Products (Shop) on Safy Collections?

Once you identify the item you need on our website safy.co.ke: Click on “Add to Cart,” and the item will be added to the cart. Click on “Check Out,” and fill in the billing details. Confirm the details by ensuring everything you have filled in is correct. Once you are done, click on "Place Order"—it's as simple as that. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a phone call to confirm the order, and you'll be notified of the expected delivery time.

How Do I Make Payments?

Payment is made via our Company MPESA Buy Goods Till No: 9256089 – Safy Infinite. We also accept cash payments.

I have a complaint about an item delivered yesterday. What should I do?

Does Safy Collections deliver products outside Kenya?

Yes, we deliver to Uganda, Tanzania, and Kigali.

Do You Offer Payments on Installments?

Yes, you can pay in two installments. Once you place your order, you can pay half, and then pay the other half upon receiving your item.
